How to inflate foil balloons?
Find out the inflatable valve in the middle of the transparent sheet.
Insert a straw or an air pump (if possible) into the valve.
Blow the balloon through the straw slowly & gently till it’s about 90% full.
Pinch its valve tightly for a while, waiting for its self-sealing.
